Seraé is a clinical quiet luxury skincare brand in Europe exploring frictionless barrier repair. The goal was to architect high-performance recovery protocols to attract busy executives and millennial consumers.
Overview
Dual-Engine Brand Architecture: We developed a unified brand voice that seamlessly toggled between clinical authority and playful intervention. We utilized culturally relevant hooks (e.g., "Yeah, we clocked your tea") to disarm the consumer, immediately followed by rigorous clinical solutions (e.g., Bioactive Prebiotics, 1% Botanical Caffeine).
Visual & Narrative Synergy: As Creative Director, I ensured the copywriting perfectly counterbalanced the visual art direction. We paired vibrant, textured "Messy Chic" editorial assets (melting sorbets, harsh coastal shadows, fresh citrus) with stark, minimalist, high-status copy ("Protocol active," "The ecosystem is online").
E-Commerce & Drop Mechanics: We structured the launch as an exclusive event rather than a standard retail release. By utilizing language rooted in access, allocation, and waitlists, we elevated the perceived value of hero products like The Reset Mist and The Midnight Concentrate.
Protocol Positioning: We eliminated single-product marketing, instead framing every touchpoint around the "Frictionless Routine." We positioned Seraé as a high-AOV ecosystem where products interact synergistically.




Impact
Market Penetration: Successfully established Seraé as a high-status, "if-you-know-you-know" essential within the target European regions, entirely avoiding the race-to-the-bottom discounting of legacy markets.
Narrative Adoption: The "Clinical Quiet Luxury" positioning resonated deeply with the target avatars, validating their high-cortisol exhaustion while providing a tangible, aesthetic solution.
