Retail Marketing Campaigns

The primary objective was to design and execute end-to-end retail marketing campaigns that bridged the gap between digital presence and physical foot traffic.
The vision was to evolve the café from a standard retail space into a vibrant, culture-forward community hub.
Approach
Community-Centric Activations: To position the café as an inclusive cultural destination, initiated experiential events like Open Mic Poetry Nights and Local Art Exhibitions.
Social-First Spatial Design: Proposed the installation of a dedicated in-store mirror to actively encourage user-generated content (UGC), prompting customers to take photos and share their café experience on social media.
Integrated Campaign Management: I developed and pitched a comprehensive marketing strategy that utilised compelling social media content paired with targeted loyalty programs to incentivise repeat visits
